Certain aspects of who we are, socially, have not changed since our primordial ancestry. Focusing on common occurrences in daily life that reflect on how we behave as a modern society will reveal how we still display basic human behaviors. For example, newsworthy events like the stampede at the Target Shopping center on Black Friday of 2009, reminded us all of how much precedence our basic needs have over the needs of others. Stability among the common population is delicate. When our basic comforts are threatened we exhibit the behaviors that are timeless; non-discriminant of race or era. Other than that, this body of work also includes primitive social expressions like mating, Dancing etc. Behaviors that are instinctual; which is often the most significant way to make a satirical comment on society.
