Pseudo-Travels
Pseudo-Travels looks at the effects of pseudoscientific personality typology using imagery of travel in order to illustrate how they may hinder us in the pursuit towards self- discovery.
The journey towards self-discovery is a deeply personal process in which you set out to learn more about yourself and your purpose in life. In this regard, pseudoscientific personality typologies are widely accepted as a way to aid us on that journey towards discovering who you truly are. Whether it’s looking up to the stars, or completing a personality test, your assigned type is intended to give you all the answers you need. Throughout these illustrations, I want to dispel the notion that these personality typologies are all good, and instead bring attention to some negative effects that they can inflict on the journey towards self- discovery.
